The Creative Dynamix Solutions Inc. (CDSI) team met up for their quarterly recharge on August 13, 2025 to attend a Personal Effectiveness and Confidence Building Talk Shop training program with featured speaker Dr. Shiela Viesca—a respected personal effectiveness and protocol coach, ESL specialist, and corporate communications expert. It was held at the First Pacific Leadership Academy – Antipolo, a world-class facility focused on Executive and Management Development programs.

Participants delved into ways to enhance their interpersonal skills and improve communication in everyday conversations, presentations, and client interactions. Dr. Viesca introduced various personality types that influence individual behavior, providing valuable information into their traits and how to engage with them more effectively. Through tools like the Enneagram, participants also developed insights and self-awareness, having a deeper understanding of their own personalities. Additionally, they were also able to explore structured techniques such as the PRA method, as well as using gestures and proper body language.

Interactive and informative activities were facilitated, tapping into unlocked potential and skills which also gave everyone—from newcomers to veterans, a chance to connect. Everyone was attentive as they listened to the speaker, and the room filled with noise when a clever joke relevant to the topic was thrown to break the ice.

Ultimately, the event proved to be a valuable and enriching experience, with everyone walking away with enhanced skills, greater self-awareness, and strengthened team dynamics. Not only did it unlock individual potential, but it also showcased the collective potential of the emerging brilliance of the organization.
